The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Jamil at the desk was always there to greet you with a smile and kind word. Really the entire staff was helpful and kind The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for!

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was always very accommodating. The staff running the breakfast area were exceptional!!

Although the environment around the property is not designed well for walking, many services and the home of the person we were visiting were within easy walking distance. That was very convenient.

Room was very clean- our request for room either on 1st floor near an exit door or close to the elevator due to limited mobility was fulfilled which we were quite pleased as this is not always the case when we travel. Very convenient being across from strip mall with Target and Aldi.

It felt like a home away from home. The room and residence were also very clean and I appreciated having housekeeping come in to clean
